From the time we arrived on the day we looked at vehicles, we were impressed with every staff member we encountered. From the moment we encountered him, we were impressed with his knowledge about the vehicle I test drove. I replaced a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer, so the technology is all new to me. He patiently explained features of the car in detail and frequently asked if I had questions. He gets 5 stars PLUS!!! Things stared off a little rocky. I drove over an hour to hopefully purchase a Sonata limited that I had test driven. Upon arrival, there was a sold sign in the cars window. Jerome, Chris and the guys, located another one and had it there the next day for purchase. They were able to get me approved at the finance level and payment I wanted.
