Peter Larson was my main point of contact, but as he was quick to point out, there is a whole t experience I've ever had the joy of participating in. Peter Larson was my main point of contact, but as he was quick to point out, there is a whole team of exceptional individuals who easily worked well together and supported each other all toward the customer's benefit. I made 3 visits to the dealership: the 1st two to discuss and test drive, and the 3rd to purchase and drive my new car home. During all three visits it became obvious that this team truly worked together as a cohesive unit to help ensure that my family could get the vehicle we needed, the options we wanted, and within the budget and timeframe that worked for our unique circumstances. Peter, Eric, Noah, Bruce, and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, and caring active listeners. Every other staff member I encountered on the sales floor, at the coffee machine, or even when walking in from the parking lot, all were extremely professional and helpful. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from this dealership; the 1st one was nearly 4 years ago.
