Best Sales Experience Ever!! JR Hayes is the absolute best sales associate I have ever worked with. This is the second car I have bought from him and Fred Anderson Toyota and the JR Hayes is the absolute best sales associate I have ever worked with. This is the second car I have bought from him and Fred Anderson Toyota and the experience was even better than the first. I sat down with Jr for 5 minutes . He listened to my needs and said "I will be right back". He came back with the exact Highlander I was looking for and I was driving home with it a few hours later. Jr explained the difference between the trims (LE, XLE …) Lots of standard safety features in the 2017 models that Jr. explained as we took a test drive. The process was so quick and easy. So easy that I had to pause ... told Jr I wouldn’t sign that day ... that I’d be back the next morning to complete the deal. No pressure. Jr understood. I did return and am now the proud owner of a 2017 RAV4. Total time at dealership: 3 hours. More
