Hey there! My name is Julyann, which is pronounced (Julieann). A little about me, I’ve had the opportunity to work in the customer service field for over 20 years. Throughout my 20+ years of experience, I have been involved in training and development, management, and finance. I have always been determined to work the extra mile to make my customers have the best experience possible. Recently, I worked helping our civilians and service member community pursue better education and a new employment opportunity as they transitioned out to the civilian world; seeking a better future for themselves and their families. Today, I continue to assist both communities with securing a vehicle that would take care of their needs. My focus is to help you accomplish your vehicle goals, at the end of the road, your success becomes my success, and I am here every step of the way.

Thomas was very helpful and easy to talk to. He knew when I sat down with him that I hated the process of trying to buy a car. He was patient and attentive. When changes needed to be made he made me comfortable doing so. Thomas eased the stress I felt and kept everything positive. We talked about family and life while we waited for the approval. Once approved he walked me through every step until I drove away. He made sure I got everything out of my old car and into the new. The entire staff was helpful and encouraging. I have never felt a friendlier atmosphere in buying a car. Thomas was courteous, respectful and genuine. That’s rare in my experience in buying a car. I was shown every feature about my car and financing was never easier. This was truly a great experience and I love my Outlander Sport. More
