Hey there! My name is Julyann, which is pronounced (Julieann). A little about me, I’ve had the opportunity to work in the customer service field for over 20 years. Throughout my 20+ years of experience, I have been involved in training and development, management, and finance. I have always been determined to work the extra mile to make my customers have the best experience possible. Recently, I worked helping our civilians and service member community pursue better education and a new employment opportunity as they transitioned out to the civilian world; seeking a better future for themselves and their families. Today, I continue to assist both communities with securing a vehicle that would take care of their needs. My focus is to help you accomplish your vehicle goals, at the end of the road, your success becomes my success, and I am here every step of the way.

I am so happy I purchased my vehicle from Elder! I was kinda nervous and intimidated at first. Rodrick changed all that as soon as we started talking. Throughout the 2 wks of constant correspondenc I was kinda nervous and intimidated at first. Rodrick changed all that as soon as we started talking. Throughout the 2 wks of constant correspondence, he never let me loose focus. He was helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, and kind! He and some of the other guys really looked out to make sure my kids and I drove away in a safe, reliable, not to mention pretty, car! The process was smooth. I'm elated that Rodrick didn't throw in the towel..instead his gift of tenacity helped me follow thru! If you are in need of a vehicle, and are having anxiety about anything..go to Elder Mitsubishi Killeen. They go that extra mile to get you in that nicer, newer car. I had the pleasure of purchasing a SUV from Elder Mitsubishi. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. We gave Sael a real challenge. Bad credit due to divorce and medical bills, no trade in and no money to put down…but please help us get a car. Also apart of this scenario is the fact that I have to go to San Antonio often as I’m on the liver transplant list and the old vehicle just simply won’t make it. It literally took all day but no one gave up. The determination to help us out was amazing and so appreciated. We are now the proud owners of a new car. I don’t know how you all did it but THANK YOU!! FINALLY I don’t have to worry about breaking down on the side of the road! More
