We drove 6-7 hours from WV to Fitzgerald FitzMall. com in Germanton, MD. We were welcomed in immediately at this auto dealership by Hana Habib. My fiancé had spent hours with him working on finding us com in Germanton, MD. We were welcomed in immediately at this auto dealership by Hana Habib. My fiancé had spent hours with him working on finding us the vehicle we had spoken about. He confidently handed our car purchase over to the young, but most intelligent Judie Mousa who treated us just like family. Judie went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and make our car dream come true! We couldn’t have asked for more hospitality than what was exhibited to us by Judie. So happy with our purchase and treatment by this dealership. These gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. I was in a situation in which I needed to be able to purchase a car the same day. I knew the model and features I wanted and had been to several dealerships without success. Judie went the extra mile an purchase a car the same day. I knew the model and features I wanted and had been to several dealerships without success. Judie went the extra mile and brought over a car from another branch and it met all my needs. He was friendly and courteous, and most of all helpful. He also knew when to seek assistance from his manager in order to be able to provide accurate information. He did not pressure the purchase in any way, which I appreciated. He also treated me with respect and communicated with me as appropriate , even though my husband was with me ( in other words, he did not just speak with my husband…the male… about the car), which I appreciated. Although it was near closing when we chose to purchase, Judie stayed late ( until 8pm) assisting with all the final preparations, and when the detail/wash department was closed, he said “bring it tomorrow morning and I will make sure it gets washed”…and he did! I also like the fact that at Fitzgerald the price you see is the price of the car and there is no haggling. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and the environment is clean, orderly, and equipped with drinks, snacks, and computer/phone access in the event that you have to wait. More
