I tend to dread the whole process of buying a car, but this was a very positive experience. Everything was very quick and easy, I did not feel like I was being pressured, and I genuinely liked everyone I this was a very positive experience. The primary people I worked with were Christopher Canizales from the sales department and Katrina Jacobson from the finance department. Both were very professional and very helpful and I felt like they took their time in going over everything with me and making sure I understood every step of the process. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful and I felt like he actually valued me as a customer. Katrina was patient throughout the financing process (even when I kept hitting the 'Continue' button on the forms before she had signed her part) and seemed very down-to-earth. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Let me start by saying that this was a great overall experience. The dealership was nice and well kept. The personnel were all helpful in my decisions in picking the right car for me. I was very much sold on the car itself but they helped solidfy the worth in them and the car. Overall, they were great to work with. Chris was my sales rep and he was the best! He was very patient, fun, funny, attentive, and detailed oriented. Chris made this decision very easy on me. I called and texted him almost 50 times since I locked in on the car online and he was there every step of the way. He was even patient when explaining different coverages to my financial advisor, my mom. It was great that he could even reassure my mom on my decision with this car. I appreciate Fitzgerald Auto Mall, Chris, and all the other personnel that was here today to make this such a smooth process. Definitely would recommend to anyone else I can get to buy a car. More
