Did a thorough job My car broke down on way home late Friday. They willingly took my car in, got to it Monday, and knew problem. Did take some time for parts. Intitially fix did not work, they went back in found many more problems and fixed all of them now car is running good. More

But when when your service representative is calling you to give you updates and let you know what is the next step. That right there is what I can say meets all expectations and proves to you what great team and representatives Corwin has. Great Service Corwin Ford replaced the defective airbags in our Mercury Milan. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Thank you! We had our new Explorer devices for the protection package and arrived on time. The crew had just gone to lunch despite having made our appt for noon. We had our new Explorer devices for the protection package and arrived on time. The crew had just gone to lunch despite having made our appt for noon. That is the only reason for four stars. We would have to wait an hour longer than anticipated. Juan went above and beyond to help us with a loaner car and we went to the mall. They did a great job and even tried to get the job done before it got dark out so we could make it home safely. Very impressed! More
