Complete amateurs, I would never go back! Said they could do MSRP only to sneak in $3500 of worthless dealer xx (nitrogen in tires, VIN etching, Bogus warranties...). I made an offer and they countered $500 higher than their original asking price! I'm not sure if it was their version of a joke. Then Haidar, the salesman tried to give me all the answers to a new car buyer customer survey in his favor. I didn't appreciate it. Long story short, I found out later that he or someone else ended up filling out the survey themselves turning it in to corporate on my behalf. Turns out it's an important survey regarding the condition of the vehicle etc... the lack of integrity to actually fill out a document under my name says everything I need to know about Horne KIA. More

I am very disappointed with the treatment of this Car Dealer. After having filled out the complete form with all my information online and several attempts to speak with a sales person, I requested a quo Dealer. The Manager's policy is that they do not make quotes if you do not run your credit because they do not like to waste time. More

Thought we had a deal on a EV6 at MSRP no dealer adds but as car was arriving tried to charge me $2500 in dealer adds. Said its "required" on every car---- and they do it on every car--well not on mine!!! as car was arriving tried to charge me $2500 in dealer adds. Dealing with Horne Kia was the worst experience I've had trying to purchase car in over twenty years. I asked multiple times(including to the GM) if the Internet price (showing a 2158 discount) was correct trying to purchase car in over twenty years. I asked multiple times(including to the GM) if the Internet price (showing a 2158 discount) was correct or if there would be additional fees when I came in. After about two weeks someone finally did answer yes it was accurate, but I had to finance the car and have a trade in. But I still couldn't get a clear answer from them on the final numbers and after coming in to work the numbers I saw why. Well after being made to sit around for an hour and a half I saw why. Those extra dealer options that I don't want add up to over 3k so nearly a 20% price increase from what is quoted on the web!! As for the trade in I was offered 4k on a car I had a 6700 quote in hand from Carvana on. Of course while we are discussing the numbers my keys and title are being held in the back for I'm sure a "legitimate" reason I can't even begin to fathom. I'm really sad that the current market has emboldened you to bring back these dishonest used cars sales tactics! More

BAIT AND SWITCH!! I went in to buy a car I found advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because o advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because of "dealer ad-on" items that you can't verify they even did, like "paint protection". Don't advertise the "price" of the car if you won't sell it for that! On top of that, I came in already pre-approved with my own financing. Then they tried to talk me into their financing which was a full percentage point higher than what I was already approved for! When I asked for the managers name who would not honor the internet advertised price, they refused to give it to me. So I was forced to mark all sales dept. with 1 star because it won't let me submit a review without picking one. Waste of time! #shady #rundontwalkaway More

If you are interested in being stressed by the strong degree of games this is your dealership. First - was told they do not provide online quotes via email to local buyers. I was originally contacted by David Hughes an Internet Manager. When I told him that's not how I do business he said, "let me know if you change your mind." Prior to writing this review I reached out to Joshua Bauman - General Manager with my concerns and in hopes a deal was possible. What I got back was that dealer add-on's are non-negotiable and they beat any price inclusive of such. Any educated, credit qualified buyer who knows about the car buying purchase shares the cringe-worthy nature of these fees and can opt as I did to take my business elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the low prices online as they have thousands on top for fees and add-ons. Regardless of whatever they respond with know this...you have been warned. More

Service Center I would recommend buying a Kia from Horne, I have 3 Kia cars. BUT their service center is absolutely horrible. They will waste your time promising they can do service on your KIA but they are unable. Twice I have reviewed what I needed with the service rep (Johnny, Jason, Josh) made an appointment, only to find out they can't perform the services. You are better off taking your KIA to another location for service, Horne Kia will waste your time. More

Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 defer Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 deferred payment. I was told that this dealership did not take deferred payments because they had been burned in the past, big surprise? That is the first time I have ever heard a dealership not taking deferred payments, so we declined the deal. Next day we managed to come up with the full $800 so we decided to call back and get this deal rolling again, was told by Allen to come on down and they would take care of us. Made our 2nd trip down there, which was a good 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Allen was nowhere to be found, was greeted by a third associate who basically told us that he had jumped the gun and there was no finalized deal yet. He apologized and said that his manager would get to work on this for us and would give a call first thing in the morning. Today I received no phone calls, figured they are busy and I would call them first. After the usual telephone runaround, I finally get a callback from a manager Reuben an hour or so later saying he was personally working on this and would call me back asap. I made several calls back throughout the day, keep getting the same excuse they are working with other customers, and would get back to me. Apparently these customers are more important than me! Finally get a call back from a Blake, some 4 hours later, he had taken the initiative himself since all of their managers are either incompetent or too busy for me. I was told that someone screwed up, the original deal was never going to happen because the bank would not work with me unless I had a cosigner with perfect credit. At this point I am extremely pissed because this has been a huge waste of time. I still managed to ask politely if they would at least fill up my gas tank to make up for their constant screw ups. Blake is about as fake as you can get. He starts to get snarky with me and says my managers won't do that for you. That's fine I only lost what $50? Meanwhile, I showed this review to my friends, family, and another 100+ employees I work with at Amazon. Your loss! Update: 1 week and no response from the owner or management. More
