The tech video and narrative were in error and caused confusion about diagnosis of issues. BMW of Sarasota was extremely helpful in getting my car fixed and the repairs covered under the extended warranty plan I have. My car was down for 2 months due to the work needing to be done and they got m fixed and the repairs covered under the extended warranty plan I have. My car was down for 2 months due to the work needing to be done and they got me a loaner to use which helped tremendously. Josh Cash kept me informed and was extremely friendly and courteous throughout the process. Thank you! More

My service advisor, Joshua Cash, was excellent during the time that my car was at the dealership. He went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of my recall repair, given the fact that the parts t time that my car was at the dealership. He went out of his way to keep me informed of the status of my recall repair, given the fact that the parts took one week to arrive after I dropped my car off. The repair was supposed to be done the day my car was brought into the dealership only to sit there for six days before the part became available. I was offered a loaner vehicle, which I declined, because we had another vehicle in the household to use. I received a call from Bmw advising that the part was available and would I like to make an appointment to come in and have the work done. Why someone called me to tell me the part was there when it was not made it a very frustrating week waiting for the part to arrive and for my car to be finished. More
