I always get treated well but I’m disappointed that I paid $4k last year to fix my air and then had a problem this year. Not cool. Also found out same owners as Lexus dealership. Am in FL for part of the year, and needed an oil change. Called for an appointment, was assigned Joshua Cash. He was fantastic, made me feel as though I was a loyal customer for many many years! Josh had the Technician take care of an open recall for the brakes, and he ordered new wiper blades. When I came back a few days later after the blades came in, he installed them, and showed me how to do it myself (at my request). He is everything the dealership could want in an employee, professional, friendly, provided excellent customer service… BMW of Sarasota is lucky to have Joshua as an employee, he represents them, and BMW extremely well.
