Very good experience. I was told that the car would take about 1-2 hours. Based on that estimate I decided to stay at dealer and wait. The car took exactly 1 hour. I have been a customer at Sarant Cadillac for the past ten years and my father for decades prior. Every experience from working with sales manager specifically John Nassour, service department - Joe Mistr ten years and my father for decades prior. Every experience from working with sales manager specifically John Nassour, service department - Joe Mistretta and executive Manager Antonio Centeno has always been a pleasant experience. I have just gotten my fourth vehicle and as always I was given first class service.
