I was so pleased to have an appointment to have my car checked before traveling out of state. They did it in short order and was extremely impressed with the technology of hearing from the tech and hear checked before traveling out of state. The last times I've been in so I happened to get a new service writer and I asked how long he had been with Walters because previous service writers have been new and then gone. Not only was this one efficient, but has been with Walters many years. I will for sure always ask for Joseph Loera, a super nice man, efficient, and on the ball. More
