On this latest visit to Dana Ford I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in to be serviced at 1:00PM in the afternoon and I was told that the car wouldn’t be diagnosed on the scheduled date and appointment to bring my car in to be serviced at 1:00PM in the afternoon and I was told that the car wouldn’t be diagnosed on the scheduled date and they didn’t know when it could be diagnosed. I understand if there are busy but I don’t understand is how do I schedule an appointment and left a message that if the car needs to be kept that I would need a loaner until the repairs were completed and being that the loaner can only be supplied after the car is diagnosed nothing was able to be done on my car. I also took the day off of work to get this accomplished so it became a waste of a day to schedule with Dana Ford and I had to bring m vehicle elsewhere to be diagnosed and serviced on that same date costing me more money out of pocket to have my blower replaced. I’m very disappointed with the service at Dana Ford and I felt that it was unacceptable. More
