I walked in for the 1st time & Joseph worked to see if my car could be quickly receive a tire rotation without an appointment. My car was quickly moved into the shop for the rotation. While it was being worked on, I also asked about one of the back seats that would no longer release to fold down (despite that this used 2019 was just purchased from another dealer 2 months ago). Joseph asked the mechanic to look at it, who rapidly identified it was the bracket behind the seat that was slightly bent. He bent it back into place for no charge. I was very appreciative for the help! Not to mention that this issue & the tire rotation were taken in under an hour! More
