This was the easiest, LEAST stressful car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was great. They were truthful and upfront. No shenanigans, no number playing, straightforward, honest, and very nice. Really only wanted to make us happy and gain our business. They gave us a good price for our trade-in. It was not the highest offer we received, but it was fair. The trade was also very easy. We agreed on everything via texting and a phone call. We drove the 2 hours to the dealership and turned in our car on the agreed upon day. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived. It was exactly as we had discussed. Joe had us download the BMW app so we can see what is happening with the new build. He had a Genius pop in to give us some info regarding the emails from BMW and the app. He will keep in touch throughout the process. I still cannot believe how very smooth the process went from the time Joe called until the deposit was made. Now just to wait until our new car arrives! Thank you for a seamless transaction! More
