I rated Colonial Ford a 3 star out of 5 and the reason it was not a 4 or 5 star was that the car we bought, 2023 Infinity QX60 had a scratch on it I rated Colonial Ford a 3 star out of 5 and the reason it was not a 4 or 5 star was that the car we bought, 2023 Infinity QX60 had a scratch on it, and they would not fix it!!! They buffed it out but still the scratch existed. You would think if you paid $43,835 for the car that they would fix the scratch in good faith. My husband and I were very disappointed with this to say the least. More
