Follow-up is terrible They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, t They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, they were warm and welcoming. Lots of friendly handshakes and smiles. Once the financing was complete and I drive the 4 hours home, I discovered that the vehicle didn't have all of the options that Volvo said it did. After many phone calls, texts and emails to Volvo corporate and the dealership, I received the equivalent of a shrug. The financing manager, Jeremy Hernandez, convinced me to get the "Maintenance Protection Plan". He touted it to be one of the greatest things since the invention of the wheel (paraphrase). As it turns out, it doesn't cover 25% of what he told me it would. The MPP packet arrived today and they only give you 30 days to cancel without any penalties (according to the instructions in the packet). So now I only have 1 day left to cancel and no one from the dealership will take, or return, my phone calls. Several messages were left, a voicemail and several texts were sent. Jorge is the only one to send me a text back promising that someone will get back to me. That was 3 hours ago and the dealership is closed now. Where's the warmth and good will now? I really enjoyed Alycia's energy and willingness to help us. If she didn't know the answer to something, she found a way to get the answer!! This car is really technically advanced and Alycia got me set up on the remote start and remote lock/unlock settings on the Volvo on call app!! I am so happy with my car and glad that Alycia is there to ask questions if I need help as a new Volvo owner!!! Alycia Johnson is an asset to Volvo! More
