When I returned, Kate at customer service was rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to find a way to make me pay again, even though it clearly wasn’t my fault. I ended up wasting half a day bringing my truck back, and Kate became frustrated. She told me I could leave without explaining what work had been done or even where my truck was parked. She then said she didn’t have time to serve me properly because she was already 45 minutes late for a meeting. Very poor customer service — I expected much better from Ford More

service request for a work van was denied less than 1 day before it was meant to be scheduled despite several days requested in advance and work had been scheduled around the assumption of an appointment (no before it was meant to be scheduled despite several days requested in advance and work had been scheduled around the assumption of an appointment (no communication via selected method) rescheduled to be called later that day and told that could happen so rescheduled again. The service was the usual service with an additional diagnosis on a noise, possible diff or transmission issue that had been reported 6 or 12 months before and all is fine despite the diff being replaced before purchase and a seal going shortly after purchase. Turns out the diff was totalled and would need replacement. Was told it wasnt warranty, despite me having paperwork saying it was. Later warranty approved and work scheduled. completion pushed back 2 or 3 days and no vehicle available for me to continue to do scheduled jobs. basically communication and scheduling were the short fall on this. the diff seems to be good now, but then again it was meant to be replaced by the shop before i purchased it too so dont know what that means for the work long term More
