See below: I met Jonny Pham shortly following my purchase of a 2020 C300 in the fall of 2023. He met with me to review the car functions as well as to provide direct instruction and guided practice of Parking Assistance  and Voice Command features. More recently, I purchased the Mercedes Me Connect App.  On both occasions I found Jonny professional and engaging. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things Mercedes, as well as technology. He kindly and patiently guided me through the instruction and through the installation, registration, and use of the Me Connect app. When I, at times, I found myself experiencing information overload, he slowed his instruction, encouraged me to ask questions, and assured me that we could take as much time as was needed for me to feel comfortable with the new information. I felt comfortable asking him to pause instruction and to interject comments and to ask questions. I was especially appreciative, and relieved, that he offered to be available anytime in the future if I had questions or needed any additional support. More

Jonny takes great satisfaction from helping customers and demystifying the headen car features. He is well mannered, great people skills, detail oriented and overall a great person. Jonny is an asset to any company he works at because from the 2 hour interaction with him I realized his traits. I would recommend increasing Jonny’s responsibilities and let him have his own team to train. Or let him train the sales reps to explain how the cars operate. Thanks Jonny you’re a rock star! We had to go a few times back tot he dealership but the last visit was with Jonny and I can say that he represents what the experience should be when buying a luxury car. He is thorough, technical and patient. He has taken the time to test the software systems and create his own “cheat sheets” which he shares with the customers for better experience with the car. I have never seen that level of detail from a car dealership! For example: He showed us how to use the voice system in a way that won’t leave us asking the same question many times which he figured out on his own by experimenting in different ways. Overall great experience. More
