The only thing that kept it from being the perfect experience was at the time of aigning papers there were items on the agreement that were never talked about. Like protection package, maintenance package, extended warranty and car starter. These things all added up to a lot of extra money and had i not asked i wouldnt have even known i was getting them. I would appreciate a more upfront sales approach in these regards. More
