I had a service appt to drop off my new leased Z4 . Sat in the waiting room for 3 1.2 hrs. Finally got a loaner ( thank you), but I have not heard anything in two weeks. Never having driven a BMW, we took the recommendation of a friend and an avid BMW owner John Jones, and decided to visit the dealership. My Lexus lease was expiring (planned on leasing a new Lexus), and Linda's Mercedes a 2012 CLS550 (planned on keeping). Drove the new 2020 740I, and decided this was the car that suited me best. Linda drove the 2020 530I, and she decided to part with her Mercedes (after 40 years of driving only Mercedes). At this time, we are very pleased with our choice of the BMW cars. Mike More

Jonathan, my salesman was honest, down to earth, and really worked very hard for me for 5hrs from start to finish. The 5 hr lengthy time frame was no fault of the dealership as they were busy but moving people along in and out of financing department fast and efficiently from what I saw. The lengthy time was due to having Lots of small talk with all staff members while I made my mind up on which trim level to buy. I love my new certified preowned 2018.
