It took 3-1/2+ hours to complete an oil change, tire
rotation, and air filter. An appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am. I was at the dealership by 7:20 am. The service was finally completed by 11:45 am

Service is great drove in for a last minute oil change
around 5pm, the job was completed with tire rotation, and offered to wash my car all completed in what I would call nothing flat!!
