Greetings Central Pennsylvania! My name is John Templeton and I am a Sales Manager here at Kelly Cadillac. I have been in the car business for almost ten years and I absolutely love it. This is what I was meant to do. Very few things I like more then taking care of customers. Whether it is a vehicle purchase, or solving customer concerns, I pride myself on treating every customer like family. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we have twin eight year old boys together. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf and the piano. Most friendly people I have ever work with in any business! Kelly Cadillac was very welcoming. They all made me feel like we've known each other for years. They accommodated me with all of my requests and made sure that I purchased the vehicle They all made me feel like we've known each other for years. This is the 4th Escalade I have bought from Kelly. They let me know they appreciate my business & I will continue to buy my Suvs from them.My sales lady, Uzma has been terrific. I went in to check on a particular color & several later months I got my Escalade in the color I was questioning. We have emailed, texted & spoke many times over the past several months. Uzma cares about her clients & wants the process to be smooth & non stressful. She explained some items & I have been over twice already learning how to operate all the bells & whistles. And she said she will be available till I learn it all. More
