I have lived on the Monterey Peninsula for 33 years and went to Stevenson School. I have loved BMWs since I was a kid; My first BMW was a 1972 3.0 CSI coupe. With so many dealership horror stories nowadays I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here at BMW Monterey. They speak to you with respect. I approached the sales team with an offer and very easi pleasantly surprised with my experience here at BMW Monterey. They speak to you with respect. I approached the sales team with an offer and very easily we were able to reach an agreement. Never did I feel pressured or forced into anything, even when speaking to the finance department. If you are looking for a new or used BMW. This is the place. Sales reps John & Bryan are top notch guys. Get these guys a raise. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Just come here. More

We needed a new family car since we were expecting our first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. I knew we were in good hands as soon as he introduce first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. I knew we were in good hands as soon as he introduced himself. We bought a used BMW. X1 in amazing condition and at a great price. John Polli made us feel comfortable during the whole paperwork process. He even offered to go out and by us some lunch since the paperwork process can take a couple hours. It’s been 4 months since we’ve bought our car and we are so happy with it. I’d highly recommend John Polli to anyone wanting a new car! More
