Taylor and Jared are wonderful and I am sure the others are as well, but have not gotten to know them yet. It was time to retire the Highlander after 124,000 miles and we worked with John O'Keeffe in sales. He was very patient with all of our test drives and needs. My husband is very tall and we found that the RAV would seat him both for comfort and safety. John answered all of our questions, helped set things up with my phone/Bluetooth interface. He was professional and could not have been nicer. I never mind coming for service to Falmouth Toyota because the waiting rooms are comfortable, coffee tea and snacks are offered, and when it is nice out there is an outside place to sit --the picnic area. They won't let you drive if a repair is needed for safety--they offer a loaner. My husband is picky, ran his own auto repair shop many years ago and he thinks they are top-notch, and I do too. Plus they stay on time with their scheduling (very important). Lots of smiles at this place (staff and customers). Customer service is everything and these people could write a book on it or offer seminars. Thank you. More

Falmouth Toyota is a no stress, quality buying experierence I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry at Falmouth Toyota. This vehicle is the 5th Camry I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota since 1991. The vehic I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry at Falmouth Toyota. This vehicle is the 5th Camry I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota since 1991. The vehicle I traded in was a 1999 Camry with 321,000 miles on it. I cannot say enough about the quality of the vehicles or the service at this dealership. For my first 4 Camrys purchased through Falmouth Toyota, I dealt exclusively with Matt Murphy. So, when it was time to buy my 5th, I never hesitated. I went right back to Matt, who also introduced me to John O'Keeffe. Matt and I spoke about what it was I was looking for this time around and what would suit my current driving needs. Sure enough, I was put in the right car right off the bat for a test drive with John. John answered all my questions regarding the updated features of the 2009 over my trade-in and the test drive went great. I went back to Matt and we immediately agreed on the price for the car. No haggling! Matt and I were of the exact same mind as to the price. I bought the car right on the spot and did the financing portion with Amy Killoran. I briefly spoke to Amy about what I expected for an interest rate and she went back to her desk, looked around at the multiple financing institutions they deal with and found exactly what I was expecting. Falmouth Toyota service then did a final "once over" on the car to make sure it looked brand new when I drove it off the lot when I picked it up 2-3 days later. John O'Keeffe also had the car inspected, registered it and transferred my old plates to the new car. You will never have a better car buying experience than at Falmouth Toyota. I know, for myself, I will always come back to Falmouth Toyota based on the relationship built with Matt Murphy all those years ago. More

He is very honest, really listens to your wants and wishes and does everything he can find the perfect vehicle at the right price. Everyone at the dealership treats you like family. I also use Falmouth Toyota for all my maintenance. The are very easy to deal with and scheduling appointments is a breeze, they are always very accommodating. I have taken previous vehicles to a Toyota dealership that was a little closer, but the service does not compare. To top it all off, I received a call from Matt Murphy-General Manager today to be sure I was thrilled with my car, asked if I needed anything, just wanted to be sure I was happy. Another Great Experience at Falmouth Toyota Went in after receiving an email and wanted to talk about car options and lowering my monthly payment. We test drove all three cars and although it was getting close to closing time, they stayed with us and helped us select the newly designed Corolla. John was very knowledgeable on the accessories of all the cars and I left feeling very happy and picked the car up a couple of days later.
