I knew I had a sensor issue but it was really helpful to go over some other maintenance items that needed addressed. We feel that the staff at your service department is wonderful. We are very disappointed in the new $16.00 sticker fee for an inspection. If you are told that a service is free...then it should be free. wonderful. We are very disappointed in the new $16.00 sticker fee for an inspection. If you are told that a service is free...then it should be free. You should be "grandfathered in"for that service. All NEW car buyers should be told upfront that the inspection is free, but there is a $16.00 sticker fee. Being upfront and honest goes a long way today when operating a business. More
