Sales Dept good, service department sucks Purchase two new vehicles in 2003 and one new one in 2019. The sales group seems to know what they are doing and and max out any available discounts. The staff truly seems to care about the quality of their work and take pride in their results. They managed to keep my two lemons running in good condition until time came to purchase a new vehicle which I of course did at Bozard's. from my experience, everyone that enters is treated as family, and their concerns are important to the staff. Just an all around great dealership. I bought a new truck 3 years ago prior to having a mortgage and kids. I needed to trade down and most dealerships were not understanding in what I wan I bought a new truck 3 years ago prior to having a mortgage and kids. I needed to trade down and most dealerships were not understanding in what I wanted. Did I want a nicer newer vehicle yes, most people would, but financially it didn't make since to get rid of my truck unless I was saving enough money to get rid of it, because I loved my Ford F-150 and bought it new and brought both my boys home from the hospital in that truck. Anyway, they were one of the only dealerships to get what I was trying to do and although not easy put me in a very nice reliable ride. They even waited a week to make sure the deal was done on the right vehicle and did not hassle me until I bought. They just kept an eye out for what I wanted and when they found the car that would work asked me to check it out. NO PRESSURE! Id like to give a special thanks to Ryan Davis - Internet Sales, Rick Garcia - Finance, and Tom Reinard - Sales Manager for a very pleasant experience. When I'm ready to get that next truck and I will be in a few years, there is no doubt who I'm going to see. Also on a side note, I will only go to them for my quick lube and tire needs, they are the best in St. Augustine, FL hands down. Have also worked with John Fillare in parts on multiple items, always finds my hard to find small items needed on my old Mustang and a few things for my F-150, couldn't have dealt with a more knowledgeable and friendly parts guy.
