Mr. Joey Broussard was a true professional sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful with my needs. Within half hour we found the right car for me, had an agreement, and signed a contract. I believe he is great asset to win customers for this dealership. What a difference between a bright successful salesperson and a failing one. Around two weeks before September 24, I came to this dealership and met a salesperson called Adam. Throughout my life, I bought many cars and dealt with many sales people. However, never had a person as cold, rude, unfriendly, and unresponsive as this Adam! At his office, I told him what I want. He did his search, found a car that match my needs then read the price as shown on the screen and before I say anything, he cut me off and immediately said “Not a penny less!” Instead for offering me other alternatives as a successful salesperson should be, he stood up to shake my hand and said goodbye. The whole session took around five minutes. Stunned and without saying anything I left the office with the notion that not only I should never step back in this dealership but also let all the people I know about my experience. What a way to negotiate, instead of winning customers to this dealership he pushes them away. Not until I received a call from Mr. Broussard to set an appointment and meet with him. It is a 180 degrees difference between Mr. Broussard and this Adam person, a successful one versus a failure! One who cares about winning customers and another who does NOT care. More

Joey Broussard is professional, accommodating, and focused on customer satisfaction; I have been dealing with Joey since 2021. My love to Lexus goes back to my first RX 330 in 2005. Frankly, I was di focused on customer satisfaction; I have been dealing with Joey since 2021. My love to Lexus goes back to my first RX 330 in 2005. Frankly, I was disappointed by the appraised value of my NX 300, I leased it for 4-years, I paid for 48,000 miles and used only 30,000, and the car was appraised at $24,000; I got a credit of $1,765!!! If I exercised the option and bought it for $22,000, I would have sold it for more than the $24,000; the car was delivered like new with only 30K miles on it. At any rate, I know what to do next time :) More
