My car buying experience was the most pleasant one I’ve ever had!! I dreaded buying cars before 8/19/21. From the moment I entered JACKSON Acura until the time I left was really great! Mr Reggie Hammond (w ever had!! I dreaded buying cars before 8/19/21. From the moment I entered JACKSON Acura until the time I left was really great! Mr Reggie Hammond (wearing a Jackson Acura polo represented your dealership in a way that would have made your Corporation extremely proud. He was professional, friendly, informative about the vehicle, patient with my antics (I’m a jokester) and my concerns. I was very nervous at outset quite honestly. I’m a Costco Executive Member and JACKSON Acura is a participant in the program plus Mr Hammond is one of the suggested salespersons on the list. Ironically I reached out to a friend for a recommendation and JACKSON Acura using Mr Hammond was his firm suggestion to me. Okay!! I did do as instructed and I am very happy at the outcome of my decision. I was upset at myself for admitting out loud that I LIKED MY CAR at first glance. Everyone knows you don’t do that at a car dealership!!! Things went sooo smoothly and pleasantly until I asked Mr Hammond… Is this all over?” I had not haggled, gotten angry, waited hours for him to do the back and forth routine with the “Manager” to try and get a better price, or me say the old “Well I am going home to think about it and get back to you“ routine!!! Listen!!! We were transferring things to the new car before I went to the Finance Dept. I even said to Mr Hammond “Shouldn’t we wait until after I see Financing?” So I walk into the Finance office and meet the Gentle Giant…Mr Joey Jackson! I knew I had been consistent in my payments to Acura Finance but I was not sure of what to expect from the Finance Dept.. Mr Jackson could see my anxiety and hear my heavy breathing (I’m a senior citizen female PTSD Vet with Asthma🤦🏽♀️) I had to laugh out loud when he kindly suggested “Ms Stewart take another drink of Coke if you have too and settle down” By the way Coke, Sprite, bottled water or coffee/tea AND snacks was graciously supplied by JACKSON Acura l must add! I trust that I have been given all discounts possible (because I truly desire/want them) and I know that I am a JACKSON Acura Customer that will tell others about my wonderful experience at JACKSON Acura on a very rainy afternoon in Roswell Georgia. Also Ms Gloria your receptionist had to probably chuckled at me many times as I nervously waited. She was very nice to me and we had an enjoyable time together as well! Thank you Star Stewart More
