Service department is great and very efficient. I have used Joel Casper in the service department he has taken care of a Camary for for 8 yrs and now he is taking care of my 2023 Corolla Cross. The service was great and I have an amazing service advisor I work with named Joel Casper. They do great work and the only issue I had was waiting for a shuttle ride when I dropped my car off.
