First time I have purchased from a dealership and it was a pleasant experience. I initially did an online inquiry on a Saturday (as I am not from Regina) and received a call back within 5 minutes. On the Front side, I could not have asked for better people, they responded, they were passionate, and they were interested in getting my attention and business, very supportive, liked them all, trusted people, they responded, they were passionate, and they were interested in getting my attention and business, very supportive, liked them all, trusted them, felt like I would do business with them again. Now after I bought the car, a little different story, I have not heard from them, no follow up on the car I purchased, no real care, which is very disappointing for a high end dealer. There have been things on my car that were not pointed out, and they were brushed off, with an email, which took awhile for a reply and then nothing, nothing, nothing. This is not just a car I bought it was a Porsche, and that in itself should offer a little follow up. So again on the front side, wonderful but after the deal was done and money passed to them, nothing, which then presents my question: Don't you want to buy from people who do care about you not just before but after the purchase is made and want you to be happy with the purchase? I think so. Buyer beware. Nice people, absolutely, but need to work on their after sale service. AVM More
