First dealership that we’ve encountered where we didn’t feel pressured into buying. Worked with José majority on not one, but two, absolutely gorgeous GMC’s within a 72 hour period! About a year and a half ago we bought a car from Joe at Royal Lexus. During the transaction we obtained his cell phone number. We have called him to set up service numerous times and had it scheduled with Royal Lexus. During the transaction we obtained his cell phone number. We recently contacted him again because we are in the beginning stages of needing another vehicle and we found out he isn’t even at Lexus anymore. He would contact Lexus to set up our service for us instead of sending us to them! We would have never guessed he was at another location! He is so accommodating! Joe provides first class customer service!! More

Before Scott showed us any vehicles, we sat down with him and discussed our needs, wants, and price range that we would be comfortable affording. Scott then reviewed his inventory and found two options that might fit our needs, wants, and price. After looking at both options, Scott took us for a test ride in the car that we thought was best for us. Although, we did not buy the vehicle, Scott did not pressure us at all. More
