Joe has been taking care of my car leasing needs for the last 6 of my 7 leased BMW vehicles, which is a testament to his dedication and loyalty in developing and maintaining long-standing client relationships. Joe takes the time in understanding his client’s vehicle needs and provides options that will best meet their requirements. He also goes above and beyond in assisting with resolving vehicle issues that are outside his responsibilities in order to ensure his clients continue to stay with BMW, which is why I am a continued BMW customer. Parkview BMW is very fortunate to have Joe as a BMW Client Advisor and on the front line in providing excellent service to their customers!!!! More

I insisted on a sales person who would be courteous, respectful to my needs, not "pushy" or aggressive and someone who was not going to play the "negotiation" game. I found all of this with Joe.
