We need to have 30,000 mile service done next month. Yes we ok I put 30,000 miles a yr on our vehicles. That checked out our brakes to make sure we didnt have salt building up again.Joe and Matt always check all 4 of our Chrysler babies out and keep us safe. Another great experience.. Had to call Joe because my 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 9 2014 dodge avenger was making a loud noise, and we were scared to do any damage to it by driving it in that condition for too long. I called Joe at 930 am and he fitted us in immediately. Told us it might be a while with us really coming in without an appt. They took it back to find that there was a rock stuck in the wheel system that was causing the problem. They had us in and out like they had a race cars pit crew back there. Literally we were done in less time than Ive ever been there for even an oil change. Both Joe Hilliard and Matt King are a huge asset to klaben. Keep up the good work. Just got my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at the experience was great. I pulled right in and Joe immediately went to work pulling up my info and gathering the info off my car. While waiting in the experience was great. I pulled right in and Joe immediately went to work pulling up my info and gathering the info off my car. While waiting in the waiting room, I used the computer that was set up and browsed the internet. Joe kept me informed with the status of my vehicle the entire time. He came and found me, checked me out in no time and off I went in my car that was waiting right out front. Would recommend Joe and will use him in the future. More

To whom it concerns, I recently have purchased my 6th To whom it concerns, I recently have purchased my 6th new Jeep (Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited, Big smile). Car shopping has always been an odyssey To whom it concerns, I recently have purchased my 6th new Jeep (Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited, Big smile). Car shopping has always been an odyssey to put it bluntly. My prior experiences have always made me weary and questioning my decision to buy. On this car buying experience I once again went out to try and find the best deal around. Of course I ran into the same old problems, i.e., pretentious sales people with false promises, trying to take as much money from my pockets as they possibly could. Haus Auto mall was one of the worst bottom feeders around (sorry Mr. Wizard) Worse than Martin Automotive which I thought was impossible. Klaben was my last stop!!!!!! I was greeted by a Professional sales man (Justin Bolin) whom I quickly explained my experience at the dealership I had just walked out on. Justin listen and with what I believe to be genuine concern was truly disgusted with my prior experience. At that time the team at Klaben started to show me something I had not noticed before at a dealership and that was genuine concern for the customer. From the time I walked through the door till the time I drove off the lot with my new Wrangler Unlimited, I was treated with respect, given the best price out of all the dealerships I shopped. The financial manager Brian Franklin Found me a better loan than My Credit Union could provide and answered all questions and explained the complete process without making me feel inadequate. He even present numerous financial options that I could chose from. Justine took the time to introduce me to Joe Hilliard (service advisor) Who then helped me get some accessories added to my vehicle before I left the lot that day saving me the time of having to come back for the add ons!!!! Before I left Justin made sure I had a good understanding of my new vehicle. I would recommend Klaben to anybody who’s looking for a no Hassel car buying experience not to mention the best prices around .Thanks Justin and all the people at Klaben for showing me that your Auto dealership still cares about the customer and not their bottom line.
