I have been with Klaben for 27 years. I went to tech school and started here working in the body shop. I then moved to parts where I worked at the counter and parts pickup and delivery. I have worked at the service desk for 21 years. In my free time I like to go to Cedar Point with my son. Just got my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at the experience was great. I pulled right in and Joe immediately went to work pulling up my info and gathering the info off my car. While waiting in the experience was great. I pulled right in and Joe immediately went to work pulling up my info and gathering the info off my car. While waiting in the waiting room, I used the computer that was set up and browsed the internet. Joe kept me informed with the status of my vehicle the entire time. He came and found me, checked me out in no time and off I went in my car that was waiting right out front. Would recommend Joe and will use him in the future. More

To whom it concerns, I recently have purchased my 6th To whom it concerns, I recently have purchased my 6th new Jeep (Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited, Big smile). Car shopping has always been an odyssey To whom it concerns, I recently have purchased my 6th new Jeep (Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited, Big smile). Car shopping has always been an odyssey to put it bluntly. My prior experiences have always made me weary and questioning my decision to buy. On this car buying experience I once again went out to try and find the best deal around. Of course I ran into the same old problems, i.e., pretentious sales people with false promises, trying to take as much money from my pockets as they possibly could. Haus Auto mall was one of the worst bottom feeders around (sorry Mr. Wizard) Worse than Martin Automotive which I thought was impossible. Klaben was my last stop!!!!!! I was greeted by a Professional sales man (Justin Bolin) whom I quickly explained my experience at the dealership I had just walked out on. Justin listen and with what I believe to be genuine concern was truly disgusted with my prior experience. At that time the team at Klaben started to show me something I had not noticed before at a dealership and that was genuine concern for the customer. From the time I walked through the door till the time I drove off the lot with my new Wrangler Unlimited, I was treated with respect, given the best price out of all the dealerships I shopped. The financial manager Brian Franklin Found me a better loan than My Credit Union could provide and answered all questions and explained the complete process without making me feel inadequate. He even present numerous financial options that I could chose from. Justine took the time to introduce me to Joe Hilliard (service advisor) Who then helped me get some accessories added to my vehicle before I left the lot that day saving me the time of having to come back for the add ons!!!! Before I left Justin made sure I had a good understanding of my new vehicle. I would recommend Klaben to anybody who’s looking for a no Hassel car buying experience not to mention the best prices around .Thanks Justin and all the people at Klaben for showing me that your Auto dealership still cares about the customer and not their bottom line. I have been working with Joe for over 10 years. I have owned two Jeep Grand Cherokees and one Jeep Wrangler and Joe has serviced them all. Klaben Chrysler Jeep has a great service team, but Joe is the be owned two Jeep Grand Cherokees and one Jeep Wrangler and Joe has serviced them all. Klaben Chrysler Jeep has a great service team, but Joe is the best. I contact him directly to schedule all service appointments. When I arrive, he greets me by name and although I know he is juggling many vehicles through the repair and service process, he makes me feel like I am the only one there and that my vehicle is the only one being serviced that day. Joe lets me know when more expensive services are needed based upon mileage or when the mechanics see something that needs attention. Between Joe's excellent service and the knowledgeable mechanic team, I am confident that my vehicle is always in top running condition. All of my service appointments start and end with Joe and I wouldn't have it any other way! More

Working with Joe Hilliard and John in service garge has become the dynamic duo. Joe and John are really good. I trust Joe to set up my needs for service and I trust John to service my needs, even ones I di become the dynamic duo. Joe and John are really good. We have been going to Klaben for service on our Chrysler Town and Country van for a long time. Our van has a ramp in it for our disabled son, and it's difficult to be without it. Whenever possible, I ask for Joe to service our van. He understands our extenuating circumstances, and works with me to schedule service so our son isn't without transportation. He listens carefully to our description of any problems, and we appreciate his attention to our concerns. Joe understands how important our time is. He is very prompt in returning our calls and we rarely have to go back for service on the same issue. Everyone at Klaben is always friendly and helpful, but we're just comfortable with Joe and the service he provides. More

Myself and my Father have come to Klaban since we moved to Ohio four years ago and we have been lucky to find a guy like Joe there. Joe is honest, caring, friendly, and patient. I know a decent amount about cars, but I know I can ask him a seemingly stupid question and attain a friendly answer from him. I ask for Joe every time I call Klaban and every time I go into the shop. Generally speaking, mechanics and car shops don't have the best reputation, but I feel like I am being told the truth by Joe every time I go to Klaban. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money. As long as I am in Kent, I will always go to Joe! More
