Best service of all time like always What can I say Joe is the best he knows knows what he is doing. Always giving updates and keeping me up to par on my vehicle. First 5000 mile servicing and recall repair This was my first time to take my 2017 Ford Escape in for servicing, but it is my second Ford Escape. I love this car and the folks at Klaben Service This was my first time to take my 2017 Ford Escape in for servicing, but it is my second Ford Escape. I love this car and the folks at Klaben Service center keep it in top running condition for me. Joe French is who I usually see. He is friendly, efficient, thorough and very professional. My car was done on time and shiny clean. I got the Works Package as well as having a recall problem fixed. The service area is colorful with wall murals of the Kent area and it is always clean and neat. It gives me confidence that they will do the same with my car. More

One small detail was missed I go to Klaban for all of my service and oil change needs. I'm usually very pleased as I was with this service opportunity. However, this time the tec I go to Klaban for all of my service and oil change needs. I'm usually very pleased as I was with this service opportunity. However, this time the tech forgot to reset the "change oil soon" message. It wasn't on before I took it in for an oil change, however, it is now. I haven't had a chance to reset it myself. Not a big issue but details are always important. More
