Excellent Customer Care JC Crawford has sold me three new cars over the past 15 years. Joe French has been my service advisor for most of that time. As always, when my 2019 F JC Crawford has sold me three new cars over the past 15 years. Joe French has been my service advisor for most of that time. As always, when my 2019 Fusion Energi Titanium arrived, it was in perfect condition. JC explained all of the advanced features and then took me on an extensive test drive to assure that I understood how everything worked. Service for oil change and a couple fixes for the car I have only been to the dealer once and that was quite some time ago. It was near the end of day when I dropped off my car and received a loaner. I di I have only been to the dealer once and that was quite some time ago. It was near the end of day when I dropped off my car and received a loaner. I did not have my insurance card and it looked like I was causing some irritation. Joe said you can try to call your agent if they are still there but he was busy working on some other things. I called and was able to get verification but needed to talk to the loaner car person. She was nice but getting over to her once again I felt I was a problem. I was getting an oil change but did not mention 2 things I was having problems with until I got there. That was not on the plan and was only in for an oil change. I must have created another soar spot and there was no doubt . Bringing the loaner back I worked with Mike who was helpful and said he could help me as I need to bring the car back for the parts to be put on. I will work with Mike Brandvold going forward. I realize a lot goes on but it does for a lot of folks not just the Service Team. More

Service was professional, employees were friendly. Joe French was in charge of my car repairs. He kept me informed and explained throughly the repairs that were needed. Because parts had to be ordere Joe French was in charge of my car repairs. He kept me informed and explained throughly the repairs that were needed. Because parts had to be ordered, I was given a rental. Joe told me to expect the car to be done on Friday, but the car was fixed and ready on Wednesday evening. Everyone I encountered was helpful. New Car Experience. We took our 2009 Focus in for service. Shifting issues and an oil service. Joe contacted us and said just go see Terry and purchase another vehicle. The tranny finally gave up at 100,000 miles, too expensive to repair. We have purchased many vehicles at Klaben, great service both in sales and service. We love our new Ecosport. Terry Baughman has taken care of our vehicle needs for nearly 20 years. More
