When I dropped my truck off for service I was told that Brandon would call me in the morning to let me know about when my truck would be ready for pick up (not sure what the real policy is, but I believe T Brandon would call me in the morning to let me know about when my truck would be ready for pick up (not sure what the real policy is, but I believe Tyler told me that). I did not hear from Brandon and I called about 45 minutes before close on Saturday and was told that they had just finished. I could have scheduled my day better if I knew that my truck would not be ready until close to close. Other than that, everyone else was great! More

I think I got a very thorough repair. Someplace else would have missed the brake rotor issue that was found during the (almost) final check ride. Joe French also noticed the chips in my windshield and would have missed the brake rotor issue that was found during the (almost) final check ride. Who handled my original phone call to arrange the appointment? She was great. The cost was within my expected range. More
