Absolutely the best dealership! Rich and his team are awesome! I have worked with many dealerships and have never found one to be so honest, helpful and just plain easy to work with. I highly recommend awesome! I have worked with many dealerships and have never found one to be so honest, helpful and just plain easy to work with. I highly recommend them! My sales person, Louis Polos went out of his way to find something for me (at a time when vehicles are scarce due to Covid 19). He responded to every text I sent him and continued to work - even when it seemed like we wouldn't find a car to meet my needs. I am happy to say he found something for me and I couldn't be happier. He has also helped my daughter buy her first car and she loved him as well. If you are in the market for a new or used car - I highly recommend Klaben Ford/Lincoln and Louis! More
