As before, Robert was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the newer car I bought. His expertise allowed a smooth transition in the trade in. Robert showed me several cars to choose from. He tried to sell me the car I would be happy with and he did. The finance end was expertly handled by Joe Cleaver my ex service agent. This process, although tedious with all the paperwork, was also done smoothly and efficiently by Mr. Cleaver. The final touches, familiarizing me with the vehicle after Robert's general comments was handled by one of the Geniuses, Stone who proceeded with a sort of question and answer orientation that was very comprehensive and satisfying. Overall, Ferman as usual, hit another home run in their dealing with me ! I would definitely buy yet another vehicle from them and would recommend them to friends. More

Having done the research on the purchase price of the new car and my trade, I was prepared to move on a fair deal, which they beat on the first counter. Brian was always available for test drives for my wife and for texting details of the car and eventually the purchase. My first service visit I was so impressed from the moment I pulled in to the service intake area till the time my car was ready for pick up. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly an accommodating (his name escapes me, sorry) Jamie processed my service order and even pointed out a minor flaw in a window gasket. All my questions were addressed and shared with the technician. He then escorted me to the loaner car department and made sure that I was on my way as quickly as possible. I was updated throughout the service interval and Jamie even waited until I arrived after hours due to traffic. More
