Excellent Experience I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 435xi from Ferman BMW, Dan McDonald was my sales advisor and couldn't have been nicer. Dan spent the time to make sure I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 435xi from Ferman BMW, Dan McDonald was my sales advisor and couldn't have been nicer. Dan spent the time to make sure everything went very smoothly with my purchase and has followed up very promptly with my questions. I also worked with Joe Cleaver in finance who was just as accommodating. I would rate my experience with Ferman BMW a 10 out of 10 both Dan and Joe were great! I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used BMW check them out and ask for Dan. More

Santos Rocks Mini! This was a great car purchasing experience from start to finish. Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to This was a great car purchasing experience from start to finish. Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to arrange the purchase of my new Mini Cooper Countryman. There was never a point that I felt pressured to proceed more quickly or to make a purchase before I was ready. I live 4 hours away from the dealership so when I finally made it to the showroom, I still was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted. I told Santos which features I wanted and he found the perfect Mini for me. We test drove the car and I knew it was the one for me. Less than three hours after arriving at the dealership, the deal was done and I was driving away in my new Mini! What a great experience. As a single woman I felt respected, listened to, and I felt like I got a very fair deal. Thank you so much Ferman Mini and Manolo Santos, I will be back in 3-4 years for my next new Mini! More
