Our sales and finance team, Gary Mack, Joe Cleaver, and Alan Mazur were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient; each one of them was also personable and friendly. That didn’t happen at this dealership Alan Mazur were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient; each one of them was also personable and friendly. That didn’t happen at this dealership by accident. It must be the Ferman family, their dealership’s leaders, and the environment that they created that finds and retains quality people such as Gary, Joe, and Alan. This is our second Ferman BMW, and we can say that those quality characteristics extend to the service department. That was not our experience at the other Tampa dealership where we bought our first BMW—miserable people. We are so happy to have found Ferman and our salesman Gary Mack. More

I have been a customer since 2015. Ferman BMW is top notch in customer service and excellence. My Sales Advisor, Robert Chodorowski sold me my 2nd BMW, and just recently my 3rd. His level of expertise, patience and willingness to help is impeccable. I have leased many cars over the years with other brands, but no one can compare to Robert’s passion and dedication to do whatever he can to help you get a vehicle. He listens, provides valuable feedback, and is not pushy at all during your sales experience and negotiation. Robert genuinely cares for his clients and always kept my best interest in mind. His BMW knowledge is top-notch and it is apparent that he believes in the product he sells. He is always reachable via phone and text and is always timely in getting back with you. I don't know why I didn't ever buy a car from Furman's Ferman Luxury Pre-Owned Showcase before. Furman didn't try to play games about applying my trade in or anything else on the "front end," "back end Ferman Luxury Pre-Owned Showcase before. I got a fair price for the vehicle I came to see, got a completely fair price for my trade in and THEY DIDN'T TRY TO PRESSURE ME INTO BUYING OR SIGNING ANYTHING. Also, their facility was an amazingly clean and much more upscale place compared to any other dealer in the Tampa Bay area, including Reeve's Import Motorcars, Mercedes Benz of Tampa and Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. If you HATE the look in car salesmen's eyes that they seem to always have when you walk in, as if you're another sucker that just walked in, or you're sickened by the ball and shell game with your money that other places play (refer to list above), you'll find nothing like that at Furman BMW. I know that I'm a very short tempered and quick to react type of person. But, I also direct considerable energy to watching my finances like a hawk and doing a mind numbing amount of research into every tiny purchase I make. I bought a beautiful pre-owned MB GLC 300 with all the options that looks and runs like it is brand new with about 26k on it for only $26,500 when all the other dealers wanted more for their cars with more mileage and far fewer options. Do what I did, check their website, find what you want at the price you're looking for and get down there and enjoy the best auto buying experience you'll ever have. You won't regret it. More
