Living out of town I inquired online and Vik contacted me within an hour on a long weekend. He made sure he knew what we wanted and he got us exactly that to the letter. Megan was our finance person and she was excellent as well. Both were welcoming and put no pressure on us to add extended warranty or any extras we did not want or need.
