As a matter of fact every employee I came in contact with was friendly and enthusiastic which has not been the case in my past experiences with car dealerships. Joey was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough from the test drive to the time I took delivery of my new 2013 Sonata!! When it came time to negotiate the numbers (the part I do not look forward to!) Joey and Jimmy made it so easy and simple. The price was cut and dry, they were more than fair with my trade and when it came time to sign the paperwork with the Finance Manager Dave my payment was right where I wanted it! To top everything off the owner Andrew DiFeo came out and congratulated me on my purchase and thanked me for my business. Seriously.... I've purchased many vehicles in my life and have never been greeted by or even seen the owner! My whole experience at Hyundai of St Augustine was fantastic and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, not to mention how pleased I am with my new Sonata! AUGUSTINE SO WE DECIDED TO PULL IN TO SEE WHAT WE COULD DO THERE. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN TO THE TIME WE LEFT WE WERE TREATED AS THOUGH WE WERE THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and give me clear definitive information about pricing and about my Sonata., They worked together to give me a great price and to have my car ready to drive home in a very short time, while I waited. I would also like to point out that I routinely travel from the Jacksonville aread to this dealership to have my Sonatas service by Joe King and his service dept. Before going to this dealership, we visited several others. However, we were disappointed with the other dealers because they were too forceful with their sales approach, were not willing to come down others. We had a completely different experience at Hyundai of St Augustine. We were met by Darryl Clark who was very engaging and honest. He has a very friendly, professional demeanor that appealed to us. He was very thorough in explaining all the advantages of the vehicles and was very willing to meet our cost expectations. We looked at two different models; the Accent and Elantra. Darryl carefully explained the differences in the vehicles so we could make an informed choice. He was very patient throughout the entire process. We did visit two more dealerships of other makes and were very disappointed. It was quite obvious to us, the positive experience at Hyundai of St Augustine was not going to be beat. Our choice was the 2013 Hyundai Accent and we couldn't be happier with it. More
