Ronald Copeland did a great job as our sales person. He was very up front and honest throughout the whole process. He was friendly and answered all of our questions. This is a followup to my previous review... Customer service was a little slow to handle some financial issues but that aside I was reasonably happy with my experience here. on saturday november 3rd i used the internet to look at a on saturday november 3rd i used the internet to look at a hyundai sonata hybrid. joey cassata contacted me and spent no less than half an hour on the on saturday november 3rd i used the internet to look at a hyundai sonata hybrid. joey cassata contacted me and spent no less than half an hour on the phone and internet with me answering my questions and giveing me information that i did not know. i looked at different cars on other lots and looked at more options so i could bring the cost down. i found a vehicle on sale which would fit our needs. i recieved a call from joey and he convinced me he could meet those terms plus get me into a hybrid, which i was interested in for economy etc. to say joey is an extremely knowledgeable employee with patience, understanding, and extremely helpful is an understatement, since i knew nothing when i first started about hyundai. friends had purchased a sonata and the couple love theirs.the financeing part was handled very quickly by jimmy feliciano while i was on the phone with joey. my husband and i test drove the car the next day on sunday 4th of november. we purchased the vehicle and drove it home that day.so thank you to joey,jimmy and eddy brooks. a very helpful,friendly, thoughtful team. employees thanks again for helping us get back on the road with comfort,style, economy and safety. we are very pleased with our new sonata hybrid. sincerely shirley carver More

The friendliest dealership I've ever dealt with and the easiest to get the bottom line on the price of the new vehicle.
