I am surprised (and a bit ashamed) that they did not immediately get a manager involved to expedite the solution, as that is our company policy to fix our mistakes immediately. Thank you Andrew. Im sure you can understand my frustration when no one could just give me a straight forward answer on the status of the reimbursement. What made it THAT much worse was a few of the sales force basically refusing to put me in contact with management or anyone who would sort this out, or at least could tell me what was going on. For the record Ron C. is not who I'm referring to. In any event, I updated my review as things do go wrong from time to time and I can understand that, its how they get handled that is most important. Hopefully the check will arrive soon and can move forward, thank you.
