The purchase of my new car from St. Augustine Hyundai far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was courteous ,professional and friendly. From the time we arrived at the dealership and until we finish exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was courteous ,professional and friendly. From the time we arrived at the dealership and until we finished our transactions we were treated with courtesy and friendliness, (including our pup, peanut, he seemed to be the hit of the day) Thanks to all the people at St. Augustine Hyundai for all your professional care. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I've bought a number of cars in my life, but this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. With some major blemishes on my credit I was told by Hyunda in my life, but this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. With some major blemishes on my credit I was told by Hyundai of Orange Park that you could not lease with those issues. I was told my issues automatically disqualified me. I had been given Kyle's name from my boss. My boss knew of my issues with Orange Park and said what a good guy Kyle was and how great the dealership was. I gave it a shot. I talked to Kyle and he said my issues did not disqualify me. After I let Kyle pull my credit I found out not only did Orange Park not tell me the truth...they didn't even pull my credit before telling me no. Kyle and his finance manager, Eddie Brooks, got me approved through Hyundai! The car I wanted was the Veloster and had been eyeing the green one since I'd seen them in the summer of 2011. St. Augustine did not have a green one. Kyle and his boss, Jimmy Feliciano, combed Florida for a week looking for a basic green Veloster so I could come in over the weekend and lease. They never gave up! Kyle let me text him all the time requesting updates without getting irritated. Finally the day I was supposed to come in they found one. Within the hour they had a driver on the way to get it. It was cleaned and ready when I got there that evening. The dealership was so laid back and comfortable. The whole process that evening only took an hour and a half!! I love, love, love, love my green Veloster. It's my favorite car to date!! But even more than I love the car I really love this dealership for being understanding and helpful and treating me like their only customer. Thank you Kyle, Jimmy, and Eddie!! More

Having purchsed New vehicles from Hyundai Of St. Augustine I did not think they could out do therselves. I was wrong. They make buying car a pleasnt expierience. This was by far the very best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest and courteous. No high pressure, no hidden up grades at closing. A fair and honest price for our trade in. This was the best car buying experiences i have ever had. There was no stress or pressure. They were able to get me out from under my truck and into a beautiful Sonata, with lower monthly payments. After searching the internet for days looking for the best deal I narrowed my search for a USED Sonata to a dealership in South Florida because of a several hundred dollar advertised difference (every do best deal I narrowed my search for a USED Sonata to a dealership in South Florida because of a several hundred dollar advertised difference (every dollar counted). Unfortunately, once we were down there they did not have the car that they emailed us the price quote on an hour or so earlier and of course the other cars they had on the lot were around $1,000 more than the one we drove down there for. They low balled us on our trade and made us feel like uninformed buyers. I did my research and knew what I should be paying and what I should receive for my trade. Needless to say we left that dealership and on our way home stopped by Hyundai of St Augustine to see what they had to offer. This was BY FAR the BEST decision that we had made that day. After wasting 6 hours of my time driving and another hour in the dealership "haggling" we arrived at Hyundai of St Augustine and were warmly greeted by Joey Cassata and the St Augustine team of employees. We got right down to business and drove the USED Sonata that they had advertised, but I knew that we would be settling. I inquired about what kind of deal they could work on a NEW Sonata and within minutes was handed a print out with the details of what they had to offer. The numbers that they came up with on the NEW Sonata were better than what the other dealership was trying to get me in to a USED Sonata for. I knew right then that we should have started at Hyundai of St Augustine and will definitely keep this in mind next time the next time we purchase a Hyundai. Joey Cassata and Jimmy Feliciano were AWESOME!!!! They took all of the stress out of the car buying experience and I NEVER had worries about whether or not we were getting a GREAT deal. I approached the ownership, managers and my salesman, Joey Cassata, about a very sensetive subject pertaining to a car that my wife and I recently purchased. Unforseen circumstances presented themselves and the store had to replace my vehicle. All parties agreed on a new premise and my wife and I concluded another agreement to replace the one in question. Most dealerships would of shooed us out ther door and say "too bad", but Hyundai of St. Augustine solved the problem to our satisfaction. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchase and we love our Azera!. I cannot stress enough to shoppers out there that there is only one place to shop.
