"An Experience Second To None!" Gaetano Pagliano is head and shoulders above any car sales person that my wife, Susan and I have ever interacted with. When we visited Hartford Toyot Gaetano Pagliano is head and shoulders above any car sales person that my wife, Susan and I have ever interacted with. When we visited Hartford Toyota on Wednesday, September 23rd, we found Guy to be as helpful, informative, professional and genuine as we could have ever imagined. We came in with the intention of going home with a Camry LE that day and Guy made it as seamless as possible. He cut right to the chase and listened intently to every idea and question that we had. Guy promoted a very relaxed atmosphere for us and did not take a suggestive selling approach when it came time to discuss extras for our prospective purchase. He truly enjoys people and goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are appreciated and treated with the utmost of respect. Guy did make a recommendation that he thought would make sense to have, but in the end left the choice up to us with no pressure tactics what-so-ever. After completing our deal he proudly introduced me to Grant Rugar from Service and to Marc Clemons from Finance. Both are terrific people that are at the top of their skill sets so-to-speak, but who are also very focused on the high level of customer service required to promote the satisfaction that car shoppers expect to find in a dealership. Marc was on the same level as Guy when it came to the options for extra vehicle protection. Not once was he aggressive in the presentation of any of the offers. He merely introduced them, explained their advantages and then ultimately left the decision making up to my wife and I. We would also like to thank Tina Zarlenga for setting up the appointment to work with Guy at our request, while also covering for Jill Bruno whom I had emailed to inquire about getting things started for us the previous evening. As we wrapped up, we sat down with Jim from the Management Team to let him know that the process was complete from beginning to end with nothing left to decipher. My wife and I do put Guy on a very high pedestal as he is very worthy and deserving of such recognition. His skills and demeanor tell all in enhancing the image of Hartford Toyota. This dealership has a terrific core of people who enjoy what they do while personifying teamwork to perfection. It's a real gift and a blessing to have Hartford Toyota so close to home. I made appointments with Tina to te The staff at the dealership were wonderful! I purchased a Toyota Highlander with my twin 6 year old boys in tow. I made appointments with Tina to test drive the vehicle the day prior. Cody was great helping me to understand the differences between models. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not "push me" into a sale. The front desk staff helped my children find pencils to work on their homework, brought them water and helped them use the snack machines. The GM played basketball with my kids which kept them entertained through then purchase process. Signing the financials was a breeze with Gloria. She was organized and helpful! Mike Pembroke was great. I was close to settling for another make vehicle when I decided to go to Hartford Toyota. Mike did not pressure me. He listened to what I was looking for, made his recommendation and within a few days I was driving home with my new car and I am certain that I am happier than I would have been if I bought the other car I was looking at. If I were to have any complaint, it would have been that the lease ended up being just a few dollars more than what was originally quoted. It is not going to make a difference in my wallet, but I did not find out until I was sitting in Marc's office going through the financing info. I would recommend any changes to numbers should be brought up as soon as known, even if it is only a few dollars. But, Marc did a good job explaining why there was a difference. Thanks Mike More

They really set the standard on how dealerships should be! I was a first time car buyer, so that being said the experience has been pretty exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Traveling from different dealers to find the right car and price for me was my main concern. Most of the dealerships felt the same, whether it be false promises, salesman saying almost anything to get the sale and just the lack of emotion between me as a customer and the dealership itself - it felt like I was a number to them and just a part of their day to day routine. Then I found Hartford Toyota. These guys are basically like a big family, and they treat you as part of it - even if you have no intentions of buying from them they'll be just as kind and effective as if you were. When I got there I was greeted by Gabriel "Gab" O. He was effective and courteous. Answered any and all my questions and he really took the time to make me feel comfortable with my choices instead of being too overbearing and pushy. I Also met with Andrew L. and Jim W. to see what I can afford (because I have no credit at all) and they really worked with me to hit the price I was looking for. Understanding my lack of credit and my budget, they still not only got me approved but also got me into the price ranger I was looking for. They really went the extra mile to help me. Also when I left the first time to think over my decisions I gave Gab my contact information. He wasn't like the other salesman, he didn't call constantly and keep trying to push different things. He actually gave me the time to decide things on my own, which made him stand out from all the previous dealership salesman. When I came back to make the purchase I was met by a few more friendly faces Bob T. one of the expert mechanics and someone you can feel safe trusting and Tony M. in finance. Bob explained the overall prefomance and reliablity of the car I was buying. It wasn't just what I wanted to hear - He gave me real knowledge and understanding of the car and since I was a first time buyer, it was a car he'd recommend. He gave both xxxxxxand Con's of the car, he didn't sugar coat it at all, and he did it in a way that gave you confidence in what you were buy. Which is great so you really know what your buying. Then after a final overview of the car with Gab (he took the extra time to let me know about any additional gadgets I might not be aware of). I went to finance and met Tony M. which I could only describe him as your actual relative because how he treated me. It's like I was one of his own. He even told me how he operates, He told me "I always work with the customer the way I'd want to be worked with. if I was on the otherside, how I would I want to be treated" and he meant it because the time I spent with him understanding the finacial aspects of the car made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. So after I made the purchase of the car I was met by Andrew L. again and he gave me the final rundown of any extra info I needed to know and sent me on my way - Still with the same kind attitude and attention to detail as he did before. And I was able to drive off in my new car and in record time too (I've always tagged along with relative buying cars and it always took twice as long). My whole time dealing with Hartford Toyota was really an experince in itself, and if it wasn't for all the kind and effective staff I had the pleasure of working with, they wouldn't have made such a lasting impact on my buying experince. Hartford Toyota stands out from any of the other dealships I've been too because they treat you like family. You see all the other dealership commercials promising "like family" and "we want to get you approved" etc. But Hartford Toyota is the one that really delivers their promises and their words aren't empty. So I would highly reccomend you head down there and see for yourself because they really set the standard of how dealerships and service should be. More
