Absolutely horrible. Went in for regular service maintenance twice in November of 2020. Neither time did the service department mention that I might need new rear brakes soon. 1,500 miles later in e maintenance twice in November of 2020. Neither time did the service department mention that I might need new rear brakes soon. 1,500 miles later in early January 2021 I have no brake pads left at all and they need to be replaced ASAP to prevent further damage. Extremely unimpressed with how this was handled. More
