This dealer helped me get home and to the shop even though my car was making a scary sound. My experience purchasing through BMW of Toledo was nothing less than exceptional! My salesperson, Steve K., was relaxed and easy to work with. He let me know from the start that it was his job to make nothing less than exceptional! My salesperson, Steve K., was relaxed and easy to work with. He let me know from the start that it was his job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and he did not disappoint! Every question I had was answered quickly and accurately, and every promise he made was met or exceeded! The finance manager Brandon K. was equally as impressive. He worked with me to understand my needs and to provide me with the car at a great rate and a warranty tailored to my needs. The end result? An amazing car, at a great price and the peace of mind provided by a comprehensive warranty. And a big smile on my face :) I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from BMW of Toledo next time I'm in the market. They certainly earned my business and my appreciation as well! More

When my local dealer couldn't guarantee an allocation for a new F87 M2 Competition, I started looking for a car that matched my specs. I found one, located 9 hours away at BMW of Toledo that checked all the a new F87 M2 Competition, I started looking for a car that matched my specs. I found one, located 9 hours away at BMW of Toledo that checked all the boxes: the right options, a reasonable price, a Certified Pre-Owned. The salesperson (Steve, or "Kiz" as the rest of the staff called him) was quick with the responses via text or email and gave me a good price for the vehicle I was looking to trade. Within 48 hours, I set off and drove from Lewes, Delaware all the way to Toledo, OH (590 miles one-way) to buy the car and then turn around to head home. Total time on the road was about 22 hours, but well worth it - amazing car, great purchase experience, very accommodating, and did their best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommended. More
